Between 2008 and 2020, Dr Lokhov held a range of executive and non-executive directorships, including at CySEC-, FCA-, FINRA-, and Central Bank of Russia-regulated investment firms and general commercial companies.

Since December 2024 Roman has been a member of the Board of Directors at the US broker-dealer firm Tigress Financial Partners LLC.

Dr. Lokhov was the CEO of BCS Global Markets and, before that, of Otkritie Capital LLC and Otkritie Capital Limited.

Dr Lokhov’s previous experience also includes directorship of RTS Stock Exchange (Moscow, Russia).

Dr Lokhov attended Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA, where he earned a Master of Business Administration degree and Carl v. Ossietzky University in Oldenburg, where he earned PhD in Economics.

Before that Dr Lokhov studied Economics with concentration in Mathematics at Novosibirsk State University.

Dr Lokhov speaks Russian, English and German.

Irina Khrabrova has over 25 years of extensive experience in investment banking and finance.

Most of her career Irina has held senior executive and top management positions in various European regulated financial institutions such as Managing Director positions at BrokerCreditService (Cyprus) Limited from 2018 to 2020, and Fintailor Investments Limited between 2014 and 2015.

Her deep knowledge and understanding of capital markets has emerged from her experience at Renaissance Capital and other financial institutions where she was developing and overseeing equity derivatives and structured products business.

Irina’s academic credentials include graduating with honors from the Faculty of Economics at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics and Faculty of Foreign Languages at Lomonosov Moscow State University. Irina holds the CySEC Advanced Certificate.

Charalambos is overseeing Compliance and Risk at Roemer Capital.

With a career spanning over 15 years, Mr. Charalambous has gained solid experience in compliance, anti-money laundering, and risk management while holding various pivotal roles in investment banking and regulatory bodies.

Charalambos served as the Head of AML and Financial Crime at BrokerCreditService (Cyprus) Limited and held positions at the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.

His academic achievements include a Master’s degree in Finance and Investment from the University of Nottingham. He also holds the CySEC Advanced and AML Certifications, as well as the CISI Global Financial Compliance certification.

Christiana Loizou is an experienced professional in EU and UK financial services compliance, with over 13 years of experience advising financial institutions, investment firms, and consulting regulatory authorities on governance, risk management, regulatory strategy, and anti-money laundering matters.

She has served as Head of Compliance and Risk at both credit and payments institutions, as well as holding senior roles in international consultancy and operational risk at leading European banks. Christiana has a proven record designing compliance frameworks, capital and liquidity management solutions, and delivering regulatory advisory.

Christiana holds an MSc in Risk Management from the University of Southampton and a BSc in Mathematics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Yossi Dayan is a seasoned professional in the global financial markets.

After starting his public market career at Merrill Lynch’s emerging markets desk in London, Yossi progressed to prominent market-related roles at leading financial institutions such as UniCredit and BCS, where he managed large global teams overseeing trading, structuring, distribution, risk management, and compliance.

More recently, Yossi spent 6 years at WeWork overseeing the firm’s International enterprise book of business and its global franchise operations.

Yossi studied Economics and Law at Tel Aviv University and earned his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
