Roemer Capital becomes participant of the ITS multilateral trading facility
Roemer Capital becomes a trading participant of ITS as part of implementing its business development strategy in the Central Asian region.
ITS is a multilateral trading facility (MTF) designed to provide easy access to global stock markets for clients from CIS countries and the EMEA region. The trading venue operates based on international law principles and provides extensive trading and investment opportunities to residents of Kazakhstan and beyond. Created within the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC), ITS provides access to equity instruments from the world's largest financial centers - the USA and China. Currently, ITS offers over 1,600 of the most popular instruments listed on NYSE, NASDAQ, and HKEX, and acts as a global pre-market platform for US stock exchanges.
"Cooperation with ITS in Kazakhstan represents another step in developing the infrastructure of Roemer Capital's global brokerage business, which historically connects professional clients and financial institutions across developed and emerging markets," said Roman Lokhov, founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Roemer Capital.
"Roemer Capital's accession to ITS will enable us to attract new participants, expanding the list of countries whose investors can trade on our platform. Cooperation with Roemer Capital's experienced team will undoubtedly contribute to the development of Kazakhstan's financial market under the AIFC's auspices, as well as the region as a whole," said Chingiz Kanapyanov, CEO of ITS.
