Spyrou Joins Römer Capital to Boost Emerging & Frontier Markets Research

Tryfonas Spyrou joins Römer Capital from Berenberg Bank in London, where he spent the past five years as a Senior Analyst covering the European and UK (re)insurance sector. During his tenure, he developed deep sector expertise and gained broad exposure to equity markets. He led coverage of major industry players, developed high-conviction investment ideas, and delivered actionable insights to institutional investors, while regularly engaging with C-suite executives and investor relations teams. Prior to Berenberg, Tryfonas spent three years in the financial services division of Ernst & Young in London. He is a Chartered Accountant and a CFA charterholder.
