Roemer Capital (Europe) Limited  is inviting certain holders of TCS GROUP HOLDING PLC Global Depositary Receipts (Regulation S, ISIN: US87238U2033, Bloomberg: TCS LI) (“GDRs”) to tender for the sale of up to 4,762,000 units of GDRs for cash at a purchase price of USD 10.5 per 1 Eligible GDR, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Tender Documents specified below.
